These Terms and Conditions govern your purchase of digital photography courses from Teimel Productions,

available through https://www.teimelv.com. By purchasing a course, you agree to these terms.

1. Product Description

We offer pre-recorded online photography courses that can be accessed digitally through a secure platform

after payment. All products are digital and non-physical.

2. Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in USD unless otherwise stated. Payment is due at the time of purchase and is processed

securely via our payment providers (e.g., Stripe, PayPal).

By placing an order, you authorize us to charge your chosen payment method for the total amount displayed

at checkout.

3. Access and License

Upon successful payment, you will receive immediate access to the course content. Access is personal,

non-transferable, and intended for a single user only.

You may not share, sell, sublicense, or distribute the course content to others without prior written

permission.

4. Intellectual Property

All course content - including but not limited to videos, lessons, images, text, and resources - is the

intellectual property of Teimel Productions. You may not copy, reproduce, or modify any content for

commercial or public use without written consent.

5. Refund Policy

Due to the digital and instantly accessible nature of our products, all sales are final and non-refundable once

access has been granted, except where legally required (see section 6).

6. Right of Withdrawal (EU Customers)

If you are located in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days

without giving any reason - provided you have not yet accessed or streamed the course content.

By accessing any part of the course (e.g. starting a lesson, watching a video), you acknowledge that your

right of withdrawal is waived, as per Article 16(m) of EU Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights.

7. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

Our courses are designed for educational purposes only. We make no guarantees regarding personal

success, income, or results based on your participation.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim liability for any direct, indirect, or incidental damages

arising from the use of our services or content.

8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Austria.

EU and international customers agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of Austrian courts, without regard

to conflict of law principles.
